Tomatoes and Chochos
Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes, squared
- 1 cup of salted chochos
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 1 spoon of parsley
- ½ spoon of garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a bowl put the tomatoes and the salted chochos, add the olive oil, parsley and garlic season with salt and pepper. Mix well and let it rest for 1 hour.
