Tomatoes and Chochos

Ingredients:

  • 2 large tomatoes, squared
  • 1 cup of salted chochos
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 spoon of parsley
  • ½ spoon of garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

In a bowl put the tomatoes and the salted chochos, add the olive oil, parsley and garlic season with salt and pepper. Mix well and let it rest for 1 hour.
