RECIPES
Tilapia and breadcrumbs
Ingredients:
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- ¼ spoon of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup of milk
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Wash and clean the tilapia. In a small bowl put the milk and add the parsley and garlic with some salt and pepper. On a table top put the breadcrumbs. Dip the tilapia fillets one by one into the milk mixture and them over the breadcrumbs until completely covered.
In a frying pan melt the butter and fry the tilapia fillets slowly until brown each side. Take off the frying pan and put over kitchen paper to absorb all the excess fat. Serve hot with a fresh green salad.
