Our Cloud Forest usually between 1400 and 2,500 meters produce high levels or moisture and help to cool down temperatures. They get their name from the mist and fog that surrounds them; they are a source of water and an impressive biodiversity that is just being studied. They are of prime importance for the survival of all living things and the planet as such.
