Sea Bass in lemon sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 4 lemon
  • 1 lemon skin
  • ½ cup white onion
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ cup of cream
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

In a frying pan melt the butter (low) add the white onions and garlic and fry for 6 minutes. Add the Sea Bass fillets and season with salt and pepper: fry each side for approx. 3 minutes or until cooked. Take the fillets out and poor in the cream with the lemon skin. Add the bay leaf with some salt and pepper; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Slowly add the lemon juice stirring the mixture constantly. Return the fillets to the sauce for a minute.

Serve hot with white rice.
