Baked Pork Leg
Ingredients:
- 1 Pork leg
- 1 liter of beer
- 1 cup of white onions
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1 cup of celery
- ½ cup of rosemary
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put into a deep baking pan the pork leg, add the beer, white onions, carrots, celery and the rosemary, season with lots of salt and pepper. Cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 5 hours at 300C. turn once after the 3 rd hour. After the firth hour take the foil off and bake to golden.
Serve hot with spring potatoes in garlic.
