Pork Chops in orange sauce

Ingredients:
- 6 pork chops
- 3 oranges
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup of beef stock
- salt and pepper
- 1 spoon of butter
Preparation:
In a frying pan melt the butter; add the pork chops and season with salt. Turn them from time to time until golden. Take the pork chops out and leave them in a warm place. Add the juice of the three oranges and the stock and reduce; add the cream season with salt and pepper and allow the mixture to thicken, return the pork chops to the sauce, heat and serve hot.
