Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 500 g of Fussilli dry pasta
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 spoon of mustard
- 2 spoons of parsley, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped and no seeds
- 1 celery, finely chopped no leaves
- 1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
- ¼ cup of raisins, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a saucepan put 1.5 liters of water to boil with salt; add the Fussili pasta and cook (all dente) for approx 5 minutes. Strain the pasta and leave to cool.
In a large bowl put the parsley, garlic, tomatoes, celery, apple, and raisins and mix. Add the cold pasta to the mix and put in the mayonnaise and mustard. Mix everything really well with a wooden spoon; season with salt and pepper. Serve cold.
