Fritada
Ingredients:
- 5 pounds of pork meat
- 4 stems of onion (puerro)
- 10 garlic cloves, skinned and crushed
- 1 cup of water or beer
- 2 spoons of cumin
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Wash the meat and cut into squares. Put in a paila and add the salt, cumin, onion, garlic, beer or water; cook and golden stirring from time to time. (approx. 2 hours)
Serve hot with lettuce and chili sauce. Llapingachos is also recommended.
