RECIPES
Chicken with beer and spices
Ingredients:
- 1 3.5 pound chicken
- 1 liter of beer
- 5 garlic cloves, skinned and chopped
- 2.5 cup of white onion
- 2 tablespoon of parsley
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 spoon of oregano
- 1 spoon of rosemary
- ½ cup of carrots
- 1 cup or mushrooms
- ½ pond of spring potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a bowl mix the beer, garlic, parsley, white onions, bay leaves, oregano, rosemary carrots mushrooms with some salt and pepper. In a baking pot put the chicken and the mixture. Rub butter over the skin of the chicken.
Preheat the over to 180C. Cover the baking pot with aluminum foils completely, sealing all edges perfectly. After 2 hours of baking. Open the gently open the foil and put the spring potatoes in, seal again and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Take the foil off and leave the chicken to brown. Serve hot with white rice.
