Baked potatoes with butter
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of potatoes, peeled and cut in half
- 1 cup of pork lard or butter
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Wash the potatoes and put them face down in a oven pan. Add the lard or butter evenly over all the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and bake at 200C for 45 minutes or until soft and brown.
Serve hot with any meat dish.
