Chicken with honey |

Ingredients
Preparation In a bowl mix the beer, garlic, cumin, honey, parsley, white onions with some salt and pepper. In a baking pot put the chicken and the mixture. Rub butter over the skin of the chicken. Leave to marinade for 6 hours, turning the chicken every two hours. Preheat the over to 160C. Cover the baking pot with aluminum foil, sealing all edges perfectly. After 3 hours of baking take the foil off and leave the chicken to brown. Serve with spring potatoes and garlic. |
