Pork chops in orange sauce |
Ingredients
Preparation In a frying pan melt the butter; add the pork chops and season with salt. Turn them from time to time until golden. Take the pork chops out and leave them in a warm place. Add the juice of the three oranges and the stock and reduce; add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to thicken, return the pork chops to the sauce, heat and serve hot. |
