Ingredients
Preparation In a saucepan put 1.5 liters of water to boil with salt; add the Fussili pasta and cook (al dente) for approx 5 minutes. Strain the pasta and leave to cool. In a large bowl put the parsley, garlic, tomatoes, celery, apple, and raisins and mix. Add the cold pasta to the mix and put in the mayonnaise and mustard. Mix everything really well with a wooden spoon; season with salt and pepper. Serve cold. |
