Green salad with cinnamon dressing |

Ingredients
Preparation Wash the iceberg lettuce well and drain the water. Put in a large bowl and add the green pepper and the spinach, mix well. In a smaller bowl put the olive oil, fruit vinegar, sugar, nutmeg, chili and the ground cinnamon, season with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the green salad before serving and decorate with croutons. |
