Chicken with beer and spices |

Preparation In a bowl mix the beer, garlic, parsley, white onions, bay leaves, oregano, rosemary, carrots, mushrooms with some salt and pepper. In a baking bowl put the chicken and the mixture. Rub butter over the skin of the chicken. Preheat the over to 180C. Cover the baking pot with aluminum foil, sealing all edges perfectly. After 2 hours of baking, gently open the foil and add the spring potatoes, seal again and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Take the foil off and leave the chicken to brown. Serve hot with white rice. |
