Baked pork leg |

Ingredients
Preparation Place the pork leg into a deep baking pan, add the beer, white onions, carrots, celery and the rosemary, season with salt and pepper. Cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 5 hours at 200C. Turn once after the 3rd hour. After the 5th hour take the foil off and bake until golden. Serve hot with spring potatoes in garlic. |
