Fettuccine with chicken and basill sauce |

Ingredients
Preparation In a large frying pan melt the butter and add the white onions and the garlic. Fry at low heat for 4 minutes. Add the chicken breasts, fry for 4 minutes; add the basil, stir for 3 minutes and finally add the tomatoes. Add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Allow to boil on a low heat for 4 minutes. In a saucepan put 1.5 liters of water to boil with salt; add the Fettucicine pasta and cook (all dente) for approx 7 minutes. Strain the pasta. |
