Meatballs in basil sauce |

Ingredients
Preparation Put the mince meat into a bowl with the white onions, cumin, parsley, egg and some salt and pepper, mix well and make small balls. Put the oil into a large frying pan and fry each meatball until brown. Add the garlic and basil and fry for 1 minute. Add the beef sock and simmer for 30 minutes, season with salt and pepper. When it has thickened add the cream and let it simmer again for 5 to 8 minutes. |
