Fillet steak in mushrooms sauce |

Ingredients
Preparation In a frying melt the butter and put the fillets to fry at very low temperature, season with some salt and pepper on each side. Cover the frying pan with a top to cook through the medallions, turning every 2 to 3 minutes until medium or well done. In another frying pan melt 1 spoon of butter and add the onion and garlic, season with salt. Fry for 5 minutes on a medium heat. Add the mushrooms and some more salt. Increase the heat and add the parsley and half the beef stock, let it reduce. Add the rest of the beef stock and reduce again. Afterwards, season the sauce with some more salt and pepper. Add the cream and mix well with the mushrooms. Finally add the steaks. Serve hot with Mushroom and garlic bread. |
