Cebiche - Prawn |
Ingredients
Preparation Wash and clean prawns and put into bowl. Add prawns to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the prawns and allow to cool. Do not throw the water away. Put the red onions and the prawns into a bowl, leave for 15 minutes. Add some of the water, along with the tomato Ketchup until the prawns are just covered. Add the chili and the oil and mix. Add the orange juice, parsley and coriander and season with salt and pepper. Serve cold with popcorn. |
