Ingredients
Preparation In a bowl mix the sugar with the butter; add the eggs, vanilla essence and salt. Keep on mixing. Add the cream and the milk, keep on mixing. Add the flour and cocoa powder. Mix very well. Pour the mixture into a baking tin previously buttered and bake for 40 to 45 minutes in a 180C oven. Cool and serve with ice-cream or chocolate sauce. |
