Ingredients
Preparation Place the sugar and the butter in a bowl and whisk, add the eggs, cream and milk. Next sift the flour into the bowl, keep on whisking, add the baking powder, salt, vanilla essence and whisk away. Add the carrots and mix with a wooden spoon. Butter a baking mould, pour in the mixture and bake for 35 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C. Best served hot with ice-cream. |
